Currently, Baku to Gabala train operates only on every Saturdays and Sundays.
Every Saturday, leaves from Baku Central Railway Station at 7:30, morning time
and arrives at Gabala Railway Station at 10:50. On Sundays, same train comes
back to Baku during the evening time-Leaving from Gabala at 19:00 and arriving
to Baku at 22:20.
The main advantage of the train is that, there is no check
in time starting from 3 hours in advance, also railway station is located close
to 28 May metro station, at the heart of Baku. The train doors open 10 mins
before the departure-at 7:20. If you arrive to the train station at around 7AM,
its good enough.

You can get the tickets either in advance from the website (https://ticket.ady.az/), or from the app that
the Azerbaijan Railway company has. You can also get the ticket at the train
station, however, making it until last minute can be risky.

AC, WC, socket for charging mobiles, luggage area,
accessible seats available at the train. You can make bigger seating area and
complimentary drinks and snacks (trip box includes croissant,
nuts, barbaris, and etc.) by changing your tickets to Business class. First
class also includes very good breakfast.
The train stops at Bilajari, Kurdamir, Agdash and Gabala (Last
station). After the Lyaki Station (Agdash st), you will have fabulous views.
After arriving to Gabala, you can either take your taxi to
your hotel, if you would like to spend most of your time at the hotels.
