Bamiyah (or tulumba dessert) is one of the desserts you can see in Turkish Azerbaijani and Iranian cuisine. It is prepared in a unique way in Azerbaijani cuisine and is called ballibadi. Here we present you the recipe.
Excellent wheat flour - 527 g, powdered sugar - 235 g, eggs - 1 piece, vegetable oil - 120 g, baking soda - 0.5 g, salt - 5 g.
Knead the dough by adding baking soda and hot water to it, and after cooling, add eggs.

The twisted dough from the meat grinder is divided into equal parts 7-8 cm long.
Okra is fried in vegetable oil, soaked in sugar syrup, and after drying, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
