Kefli Becha Recipe - Azerbaijanian Style "Chicken in red wine"

Kefli becha is one of the popular dishes of the Azerbaijanian cuisine, especially in Nakhchivan.

It is commonly and comically referred to as ‘enjoyable drunk chicken’ because the chicken is cooked in wine. It’s a simple dish, but the taste is divine.

Ingredients:

1 village chicken
100 grams of melted butter
250 white wines

Preparation:

 1. Melt the butter.
2. The chicken is divided into 6-8 parts.
3. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
